So you want to join the IPR team?  Excellent!  The first step of the process is for you to download and read 2 documents:

• IPR New Member Agreement: This document outlines the requirements we have for our members.  Note that this download is simply for you to read over it beforehand.  Should you be offered a position on the team an actual controlled copy will be given to you to be signed and added to your file.
• IPR Minimum Equipment Specs: This document covers IPR's requirements for the equipment we use.  If offered a position on the team you will be required to provide at least 1 piece of equipment (per the IPR New Member Agreement).  Specs for this as well as all the rest of our equipment are found here.

In addition to you being required to agree to the above you will also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement as well as a documentary filming and recording release.

The second step is to fill out an application to join IPR.  The application is pretty basic and is web-based.

We will review your application and should we be interested in bringing you onboard we will schedule a face-to-face interview.

Assuming all goes well you will be brought out on a 4 investigation "probationary" status.  If after that everybody is happy you will be given full IPR team member status.
