Once the consultation is complete we will set up a time to investigate. Our investigations occur late at night and take several hours. We will work with you to set up a time that will have the least amount of impact on your life however due to the nature of the business some concessions will probably need to be made. A typical investigation goes as follows:

• Infinitus will arrive at approximately 8:30PM
• We will do a walk-through with you and have you point out locations of activity
• Infinitus will then begin setting up equipment
• We usually try to go "lights-out" by 9:30-10:00PM
• Infinitus investigations can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on size and level of activity.

During the investigation we ask that you follow some rules as well:

• Please keep family members and pets isolated to one area of the house. We prefer that this area be away from where we are investigating. We also ask that noise be kept to a minimum. Background noises can be easily picked up by audio recording equipment.
• Never whisper. Always talk in a normal volume but don't yell. Whispers will be picked up by our equipment but we cannot determine who is speaking. If this happens then evidence can be tainted and we will have to ignore it.
• We prefer to only have Infinitus staff in the areas we are investigating but if you would like to join us we ask that you refrain from speaking. We also ask that you exercise great care when walking around.

The goals for all of our rules is ultimately control of the environment. When we have control we can much more easily determine the origins of any evidence we obtain. If people are walking around and talking in other parts of the house we will more than likely discredit any audio we get as a result.

Ideally we prefer to conduct our investigations with only one family member present on the premises. If this isn't possible we are happy to work with you in any capacity to try and establish as much environmental control as possible.

Once the investigation is complete we will go back and review our evidence. This process usually takes about a week because of the sheer volume of data that needs to be looked at. Once we have reviewed our evidence we will present you with findings as well as recommendations. At this time we can discuss how to further proceed.

Infinitus maintains a strict level of descression, confidentiality and professionalism through the entire process. Any and all communications will occur ONLY between Infinitus and our point of contact. If you as the contact decide to share anything with others we welcome it and will be happy to talk to them as well but Infinitus WILL NOT initiate this at any time.
